Valerie Gels is a lyric soprano,  born in Bonn, Germany. Her current repertoire as an ensemble member at the Pfalztheater Kaiserslautern includes Pamina in Mozart's Die Zauberflöte, Lisa in Kálmán's Gräfin Mariza, Musetta in Puccini's La Bohème, as well as Zerlina in Mozart's Don Giovanni. Valerie studied at the Universität der Künste Berlin, the Hochschule für Musik Detmold and the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Mannheim with Prof. Caroline Melzer.
